1. Informational content
This site presents the Apartman Vida accommodation in Klenovica and lets you send a booking enquiry. We aim for accurate and current content, but it is not a binding offer.
2. Prices and availability
Prices and the calculator on the site are indicative. A booking becomes binding only when the host confirms it in writing, or when Booking.com confirms it for bookings made there. Tourist tax and any extra costs are stated in the offer or confirmation.
3. Stay conditions
Check‑in and check‑out times, minimum stay, house rules and cancellation terms are stated on the site and in the booking confirmation. Bookings via Booking.com are also subject to their terms.
4. Copyright
Photos, texts and the design of the site are protected. Without written permission they may not be copied or published beyond what the law permits.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for the content of third‑party sites we link to. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Consumers
Consumers have the rights set out in the Croatian Consumer Protection Act. Send complaints to booking@apartmanvida.com; if we cannot resolve them you may turn to the competent out‑of‑court dispute resolution bodies.
7. Governing law
Croatian law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
